As a freelance writer and independent consultant I get to do lots of neat stuff. This includes writing books and articles, creating and managing Web sites (that are more exciting than this one), providing expert consultation, and working on an interesting variety of other projects.

My specialties include IT (Information Technology) certification, business (especially small business), computers/Internet, health, and parenting. As part of my studies of the certification marketplace I earned an MCSE, which stands for Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, as well as a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) another computer credential.
